Karen Vitantonio
Karen Vitantonion (she, her) has worked in human resources since 1990. She specializes in coaching and talent management, where her experience includes: organizational development, change management, succession planning, and developing high potential talent. Karen has worked in technology, healthcare and higher education.
Most recently, Karen served as Chief Expert of Talent Management at a global software organization, where she brought a keen focus on succession management and high potential development to promote business sustainability and maximize ROI. Working with HR and business leaders, Karen enhanced the organization’s ability to meet emerging demands and shifts in company strategy.
Previously, as Senior Director, People + Organizational Growth, Karen introduced a vision and strategy to shift the global company’s approach to talent management. She oversaw implementation with the product management and sales teams, leveraging the concept in all stages of the HCM sales cycle and product roadmaps. Additionally, Karen has held various senior HR roles where she partners with business leaders to drive organizational readiness and business results.
Karen holds a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. She received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Florida State University. Karen is an Erickson Certified Professional Coach and has additional certifications in Clark Wilson 360-Degree Leadership Assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II, Lominger viaEDGE Learning Agility Assessment Tool and Lominger Decision Styles Assessment Tool, Hogan Personality Inventories Certification, and OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire).
