Daniel Margolis
Daniel Margolis has worked in human resources since 1998. His experience includes C-Suite HR leadership, talent acquisition, business process outsourcing, benefits administration, and system implementations.
Daniel has held pivotal leadership roles during his career, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources. In these roles he has translated business goals into people strategies; led a team of HR business partners in providing strategic and tactical HR guidance to business units across the region; provided counsel, developed roadmaps, and executed on all organizational design & development and people and culture-related initiatives; and oversaw all aspects of HR in multiple companies across various industries. His leadership has been instrumental in driving positive change and fostering a culture of innovation within HR.
Additionally, he has held consultative regulatory leadership roles, advising companies across various industries, including private equity, health care, professional services, and non-profit. Daniel’s specialties include Operational Effectiveness, Performance Management, and Training and Development.
Daniel holds an MBA in organizational behavior in human resource management from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science and public administration from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is active in both local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
